What does TheClickFlows actually do?+
We build connected growth systems for service businesses: websites, SEO, paid ads, organic content, reviews, automation, booking flows and CRMs. The point is to give a business more than one way to get leads, so it is not dependent on a single channel.
Do you only work with service businesses?+
Service businesses are our core. We work with trades and home services, automotive sales teams, retail and ecommerce, health and wellness, and multi-location brands in the UK and US. If a business answers the phone and books jobs, we are usually a fit.
How does the Growth System Map work?+
It is a free review of your website, SEO, ads, content, follow-up and booking path. We point at the leaks and show you the next thing to build, with a clear cost and timeline. You do not have to work with us after the review.
Pricing and timelines
How much does a project cost?+
Every project is scoped after the Growth System Map. Most custom CRM projects land between £4,000 and £25,000 depending on the integrations. Most SEO and paid ads retainers are between £800 and £4,000 per month. We do not publish fixed prices because the right number depends on the business.
How long does a custom build take?+
A focused website or Shopify build takes 4 to 6 weeks. A custom CRM with integrations and migration takes 8 to 14 weeks. We will give you a real timeline after the discovery call, not a guess.
Do you work on retainers or one-off projects?+
Both. Most SEO, paid ads and content work is retainer based. Web builds, CRM builds and Shopify development are usually fixed-price projects. We will recommend what fits your business, not what fits our schedule.

What results can I expect?+

Do I own what you build?+
Yes. Code, content, design and credentials. There is no lock-in and no bloated retainer. If you fire us tomorrow, you keep everything.

Geography and timezones
Do you work with US businesses?+
Yes. About half of our work is US based. We are UK hours but overlap with US East and Central for calls, and async-friendly workflows handle the rest.
Can you work with businesses outside the UK and US?+
Occasionally, for the right project. The website and most communications are in English. We have shipped work into the EU, Canada and the Middle East on a case-by-case basis.
Technical and tooling
What platforms do you build on?+
Websites on Next.js, TanStack Start, WordPress or Shopify depending on the brief. CRMs are usually custom (Node or serverless) or GoHighLevel white-label. Email and automation through Resend, ActiveCampaign or the CRM's own tools.
Will I be locked into your systems?+
No. We build on open platforms and standard data formats. Your CRM data is exportable, your website code is yours, and your automation workflows can be moved to any other tool. Lock-in is a tactic we do not use.
